PropTrader AVM is a full-stack property intelligence platform. A user can start with an address, add property details, review an automated valuation and then track the asset alongside portfolio and market information.

01 / The problem

What the team needed to fix

Property investors often use separate sources for an estimated value, comparable listings, market news, portfolio performance and economic scenarios. That makes it difficult to understand why a valuation changed or how a broader market event could affect an asset.

The product needed to present a complex valuation workflow clearly while separating calculated data, external market information and AI-generated explanations.

02 / The build

How I approached the system

I built the product with Next.js, TypeScript and a Fastify backend. Supabase handles application data, while external property and market services provide valuation inputs and current context.

Vertex AI supports property intelligence and explanation features. The application also includes portfolio views, macroeconomic simulations, property news and downloadable appraisal reports.
