Built a logistics investigation platform that transformed a manual support workflow into a structured seller portal and internal operations system. Sellers can review shipped orders, raise carrier queries, upload evidence, track live case status, and receive synchronized updates from carrier email replies and Freshdesk tickets. I contributed to the full-stack implementation, including portal flows, backend logic, Firestore data handling, and integrations with ChannelDock, Gmail API, Google Drive, and browser-based Freshdesk automation.

Built a real-time warehouse operations dashboard and internal admin panel for a Netherlands-based fulfillment company. The system was designed to help the team manage staffing, assign tasks across departments, track active work in real time, review employee activity history, and export CSV/Excel reports. It included live TV screens for warehouse visibility, drag-and-drop-style staffing workflows, task timers, attachments, and business-hour-aware tracking for daily operational control.

A group academic project that won a state-level championship. It provides a real-world solution for farmers in Navsari District (Gujarat) to buy organic fertilizers directly from plants and sell raw materials back. Features multilingual support, OTP verification, and comprehensive order history.
